Their doesn't seem to be many rules of the road here and cab rides are scary. Everyone honks and some intersections have no stop lights or stop signs. Our cab drivers often drive out into the middle of the intersection as traffic comes straight at us from the side. Their don't seem to be many accidents occurring so we figure they sort of know what they're doing. We had trouble getting a cab to take us back, but eventually made it back in one piece.
The next day we ventured back downtown to go to "Polar Ocean World" figuring it sounded nice and cool... we were wrong. There was no A/C in there and it was packed. We finally received some VIP treatment thanks to Cooper and got ushered in to a dolphin show with handicap seating. That was fun and cooler than the rest of the place.
